This website is a purely static information site. No cookies are set, no tracking or analytics services are used, and no personal data is entered via forms.

Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits in so-called server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and is evaluated only in anonymised, statistical form to optimise the website and its underlying technology.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the server log files is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).

Retention period

Log files are stored for a maximum of 14 days and then anonymised or deleted.

Hosting / data processing

This website is hosted by Strato AG (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany), which processes the server log files on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Strato.

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your stored personal data, a right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and a right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact henry@quelltextlabor.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
